There is no such thing for winter time blues with this gorgeous momma!  She is expecting a baby girl in February.  For her, this winter brings new life and this session represents just that.  Mom and I were hoping for a snowy day, but of course, it did not happen for us.  We had one sleet ice day in December, but as far as wintery weather, all we got was dry and cold.  For a winter time maternity, I had visioned this pine forest. Luckily I found this small spot in the middle of South Charlotte far from the forest, but it works!

For the pine tree photos, Mom work a two layered dress from Chicaboo.  I love how were were able to get two different looks with just the addition of  a dramatic skirt.  For the second location, we wen to near by park I’m familiar with. Mom changed into yet another amazing dress from Chicaboo!  I love the navy color on her and how the dress showed here shape in a modest way. Mom arranged to have her hair and make up done and really completes the look.   She looks so stunning!

During our session. Of course it started to rain but we muscled through the cold pellets and came out with some beautiful photos.

I can’t wait to meet their girl in February!
