I enjoy seeing this fun family every year.  This year we chose an uptown location at Romare Beardon for their photos.  It took a while to obtain permits for this park, but I’m so glad we did!  The beautiful city skyline did not disappoint.  We started with some family photos with the Bank of America building in the background.  The park was super busy, so I had to be bold and request people move for some of these shots.  Even with people moving out of the way, I still had to edit some unwanted faces from the photos 🙂  we moved around the park taking different angles.  We also included some extended family into the shoot.

After the traditional photos, this family wanted something completely untraditional.  They are big star wars fans and wanted a photo in their star wars costumes.  They had a TON of items for this photo and I’m impressed they were able to bring it all out to the park!  Since it was a star wars photo, I went a more dramatic and movie feel for this edit.  I also added the glow to the lightsabers.  I think that  small touch just makes the photo pop!  Enjoy these fun Uptown photos!
