This Session was my very first time photographing a Graduating Senior!  I’m used to taking photos of newborns, 1 year olds, and small children, so it was a breath of fresh air to photograph a young adult.

For Austin’s Senior session, we chose to take pictures at his High School in Belmont. The high school campus was your typical landscape, but for a Senior male session, we don’t need a lot of flowers and greenery. I actually love how these turned out with the more rough background.  It was a tough time in the afternoon with full sun, but I managed to find some neat spots.  One of my favorite photos is using the red wall which is one of the high school colors.  This red wall is the back side of the concession stand of the football field!  I love how it incorporates his high school colors of red and black!  Another one of my favorite photos was using the walk way in between buildings.  I love the perspective it gives while also providing some nice soft light.
