On the blog today is a new big sister and her baby brother.  I first spoke with Mom about her little boy’s newborn session in the summer.  Her biggest wishes was to have a simple set ups with neutral colors.  I absolutely love neutrals for newborn sessions!  Don’t get me wrong, I love color, but there is something to say about neutrals.  The soft monotone colors allows the baby to be the focus.  For this particular newborn session, we chose tans creams and ivory and a little bit of blue.

We started with sister and brother photos.  Big sis is only 2 years old but she did fantastic!  I was able to get some sweet shots with her new brother. We were also able to include a photo with the family pet!  Since the weather was so warm on this particular day, we also took some photos outside in their cute little  yard.  They had so much tree coverage and it made for beautiful photos.  We then moved back inside and finished the session with photos of the sweet new brother.  I was able to even get an awake photo!!
