I had sweet Chole Roe in the studio for a quick, fun and happy milestone mini session.  I’ve been loving seeing my newborn clients grow throughout the first year.   Mom absolutely loves color and she purchased this super cute bring pink and flamingo romper for Chole’s session.  To bring some additional colors into the background, I added some fun pom poms similar to what is on her romper.  I had originally planned flowers, but I just felt it didn’t go with her outfit.  Chole’s romper screamed happy and fun, and I felt the pom poms went with her colorful attire.  I didn’t add too much as I want the focus to be on Chole, but just enough to tie in the backdrop.

Chole was full of smiles and giggles all throughout her colorful session.  Once we had enough photos of the romper, I wanted to also include some a neutral set up with just a diaper (covered with a  wrap) and a simple head band. I love these photos as well and really cannot decide which I love more!  I love color, but I also love neutral and soft tones.  I’m happy I was able to deliver both different looks to Mom!

I hope to see Chole again for her first birthday!
